Shritama Mukherjee (born 3 November 1993 in Kota, Rajasthan) is an Indian television actress. She is best known for her portrayal of Rajkumari Jainandini in show Dekha Ek Khwaab and Vinita 'Vinnie' Maheshwari. Mukherjee played the role of Koyal in Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan. ==Career== Shritama made her debut with Sony Entertainment Television India's serial ''Dekha Ek Khwaab'' in 2011, where she played the role of Rajkumari Jainandini. In the serial she played a grey shaded character who finds it hard to accept her sister, Manyata (played by Priyal Gor), who was lost in childhood and thus always tries to create difficulties for her. At the end she finally realises her faults and turns into a good person and sister. However the series failed to do well in the TRP's, thus the show went off-air on August 2012. However Mukherjee's performance have been lauded. And she played the role of Vinnie (Vinita) in Best Friends Forever? telecast on Channel V. Vinnie is insecure and has issues with parents. She belongs to a conservative family, where the son is the apple of the eye — so she acts out against her mom. She tries to rebel against norms. She is one of the BFFs . She loves being with her friends Sanju and Ela . But a dark secret will change their relationship with each other forever. In May 2015 she has played the role of Vedika in the post leap story of Do Dil Ek Jaan telecast on Life OK's. In this show Vedika character will be of a modern girl who is a pampered brat. In 2015 she has played the role of Kimaya in Channel V show Yeh Jawani Ta Ra Ri Ri and in Gustakh Dil on Life OK Also a part of Kalash (2015 TV series) as Sakshi Deol on Life OK. She made her film debut with Soombe, a Tulu film directed by Saikrishna Kudla released on 13 March 2015 all around Tulunadu.
